COVID-19

To all Jonathan Robins Bakery customers:

During this uncertain time, we would like to assure our customers that we are open and taking prudent steps to protect the safety of all of our customers, employees and vendors so that we will be able to continue operations to support the needs of our customers.

We have enacted a lockdown of the bakery:  

-No one is permitted in our bakery except for employees; we are not accepting applications or appointments.

-Vendors and/or their drivers are not allowed in the bakery. We send one designated employee to receive the product on the other side of the locked door. Our employee is to stay at least 6 feet away from the delivery person and wash their hands immediately upon returning into the bakery.

-Customers that are picking up their orders will also not be allowed in the bakery, we will bring their order to the door.

Extra cleaning measures that have been added to our sanitation routine:

-All doors in the bakery are sanitized every hour.

-Bathrooms and break rooms are being sanitized and disinfected each hour. 

-All tables in the bakery and equipment are cleaned with hot bleach water at the end of each shift.

Employees:

-We have posted health boards in common areas so the employees can educate themselves regarding the virus. We have met with all supervisors and lead people to inform them of the policy we have put in place and why.

-If any employee or anyone in their household exhibits the symptoms that we have posted throughout the bakery on the health boards (fever, cough, shortness of breath) they are not to come to work.

-We have provided hand sanitizer in all of our trucks for the drivers while they are out delivering product

-Drivers are not to have personal contact with receivers. Drivers are also disinfecting their cabs daily.
